Unable to connect to Wi-Fi

  1. Please try to restart the Supernote and the router.

  2. If the A5 and A6 Agile devices cannot connect to 5 GHz Wi-Fi, please try 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.

*Wi-Fi that requires login authentication is not currently supported.
