Sign in to your email

You can sign in to email accounts on Supernote that support IMAP access, such as Gmail, Outlook, iCloud Mail, Yahoo.

  1. Slide down to bring up the sidebar and tap on "Mailbox".

  2. Enter your email address and app-specific password to sign in.

  3. If you can't sign in, you can tap "Have trouble logging in?" below the login button to view the instructions.

Gmail

  1. Go to Gmail.

  2. At the top right, click "Settings".

  3. Click "Forwarding and POP/IMAP".

  4. Next to IMAP Access, select "Enable IMAP".

  5. Go to your Google Account.

  6. Select Security.

  7. On the "Signing in to Google" panel, with two-step verification turned on, select "App Passwords".

  8. Ensure that "Mail" or "Other" (custom name) is selected in the "Select app" drop-down menu and follow the instructions to generate an App Password.

  9. Use this App Password to sign in on Supernote.

Outlook

  1. Go to your Microsoft Account Management page.

  2. At the top, click "Security".

  3. On the right, click "More security options".

  4. With two-step verification turned on, under the "App Passwords" heading, click on "Create a new app password" and follow the instructions.

  5. Use this App Password to sign in on Supernote. If the login failed, please kindly tap the “Manual Settings” on the login page on your Supernote to go to the "Server" page to check that whether the settings are as in the following image.

iCloud Mail

  1. Go to your Apple ID account page.

  2. In the "Security" panel, click "Generate Password" below "App-Specific Passwords" and follow the instructions.

  3. Use this App Password to sign in on Supernote.

Yahoo Mail

  1. Go to Yahoo Mail.

  2. In the "Account security" settings, turn on "Allow apps that use less secure sign in".

  3. With two-step verification turned on, click "Generate app password" and enter "Supernote Mailbox" in the text field, then follow the instructions to generate an App Password.

  4. Use this App Password to sign in on Supernote.
