If your device is frozen or becomes unresponsive to touches, please try these steps:

  1.  Do a forced reboot by holding down the power button for about 8 seconds.
  2. Release it and press the power button again for about 8 seconds until the Supernote logo appears.

Alternatively, you can try putting a pin in the reset hole next to the power button and pressing it for about 5 seconds to reboot the device.

Last but not least, you can leave your device idle for up to 3 days without using or touching it. The purpose of doing this is to let the battery drain completely. After 3 days have passed, try recharging your device overnight using another Type-C USB or charger and see if it works.

Note: This method doesn't apply to Nomad.

If your device won't turn on or gets stuck with the screen on, please take the following steps:

  1. Use a Type-C USB cable to charge your Supernote.
  2. Keep charging it for a few minutes and then you should be able to see the Supernote logo or the boot progress bar appear. In the meantime, you can swipe down from the top of the screen and check the battery indicator at the top right corner to see the status of your battery.

Note: If you don't see the boot screen after 30 minutes of charging, check the charging port of your Supernote, the USB charging cable or the power adapter are all in good condition, and  that all units are connected fine. You can alternatively try using a different Type-C USB cable or power adapter.
