Generally speaking, the following types of change requests can be accommodated if you reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order:
- Shipping details change (For example, you want to change your shipping address or contact number)
- Order change (For example, you want to upgrade your order from A6 X to A5 X). This change request is only applicable to customers in the United States.
Please note that the payment method you used to make the payment and your billing details cannot be changed once your order is made. In addition, if your order has already been shipped by the time you contact us, we will be unable to make any changes.
