Supernote InkHub: Share, Discover, and Get More from Your Device
Table of Contents
If you've been using a Supernote for a while, you know how powerful the device is on its own. But what if you could also benefit from what other users have created — and share your own creations with them?
That's exactly what InkHub is for.
InkHub is a built‑in community resource library on your Supernote. It's a place where users can share, download, and discover notes, templates, drawings, digests, stickers, and (in the future) plugins — all without leaving the device.
What Can You Find and Share in InkHub?
Right now, InkHub supports five main types of resources:
| Resource Type | What It Is | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Notes | Entire notebooks or note pages | Study notes, meeting records, reference notebooks |
| Templates | Background pages for new notes | Weekly planners, habit trackers, project boards |
| Drawings | Artwork or illustrations | Sketches, diagrams, ink drawings |
| Digests | Collections of knowledge cards — typically containing original quotes from PDFs/EPUBs, plus the user's own handwritten or typed comments | Research notes, book summaries, quote collections |
| Stickers | Reusable graphics | Bullet journal icons, decorative elements, stamps |
Each main category also has its own subcategories, so when you upload a resource, you can choose a specific subcategory that best fits your content. This makes browsing and filtering much easier for everyone.
This subcategory system helps users find exactly what they're looking for without endless scrolling.
How to Access InkHub?
On your Supernote, swipe down from the sidebar to open the sidebar menu and tap More to expand the menu where you can find InkHub.
Tap the InkHub icon. You'll see the main InkHub screen, with categories, featured items, and a search bar.
No separate account is needed. InkHub works with your existing Supernote account.
How to Find What You Need?
InkHub offers several ways to browse and search:
Categories – Resources are organized into five main categories: Notes, Templates, Drawings, Digests, and Sticker. Each category also contains its own subcategories to help you narrow down your search.
Search – You can search by title, description, or author name.
Sorting – Sort by popularity, most downloaded or newest additions.
How to Download and Use a Resource?
- Tap on any resource to open its detail page.
- You'll see a preview, a description, the author's name, and the download count.
- Tap Download.
The resource is saved directly to your device:
- Templates are saved to the MyStyle folder. You can select them when you create a new note or change a note's template.
- Stickers are saved to the EXPORT folder by default. You can insert them into any note via the Sticker button in the toolbar.
- Notes are saved as editable .note files. You can open and modify them just like your own notebooks.
- Drawings are saved as .spd (Supernote drawing) files. You can open them in the Atelier app for further editing or inspiration.
- Digests are saved to the EXPORT folder. You can import them into the Digest app and use them as reference, learning material, or inspiration for your own digests.
Once downloaded, the resource is yours to use — no additional setup required.
How to Share Your Own Creations?
Have you created something that others might find useful — a notebook, a template, a drawing, a digest, or a set of stickers? Sharing it is easy.
- In InkHub, tap Upload in the bottom left corner.
- On the Upload Item screen, add a title, a description, and select a category (Notes, Templates, Drawings, Digest, or Sticker) and an appropriate subcategory.
- Upload the attachment – select the actual file you want to share (e.g., a .note file, a template, a .spd drawing, a digest export, or a single sticker or a sticker collection ).
- Tap Upload.
You don't always have to go through the InkHub upload page. Each type of resource has its own quick‑share shortcut:
- Notes – Open any notebook, tap the Export & Share button in the toolbar, then tap InkHub in the top function bar.
- Templates – Open a template file, tap the Export & Share button in the toolbar, then tap Share to InkHub.
- Drawings – Open a drawing in Atelier, tap the Export & Share button icon, and select Share to InkHub.
- Digests – In your digest library, long‑press on any digest and tap InkHub in the top function bar.
- Stickers – Locate the sticker or sticker collection you'd like to upload to InkHub, long‑press it and tap InkHub in the top function bar.
Each shortcut packages your resource automatically. You'll then be prompted to add a title, description, category, and thumbnail before publishing. It's fast, easy, and keeps you in your workflow.
How to Manage Your Uploaded Resources
Once you've uploaded a resource, you can still manage its visibility.
To make a public resource private, go to your Profile page, tap on the resource, and tap the Make Private button in the top‑right corner.
The resource will no longer be visible to other users, but it will remain in your own hub.
Similarly, if a resource is currently private and you want to share it with the community, you can tap the same button (which will then say Make Public) to change its visibility.
You can also edit the title, description, category, attachment, or thumbnail at any time.
INK, Titles & Badges
As you contribute to InkHub, your profile will earn badges and titles — small recognitions of your activity. These aren't just decorative. They help other users quickly see who has been active, helpful, or particularly creative.
