In the event of an unavoidable factory reset, you can now safeguard your valuable digests. Learn how to easily back up and restore your digests.

Once the backup is successful, you may find the backup file in the Export folder, which you can then transfer to your computer via USB, email or cloud or our Browse & Access feature.  In the event that you need to restore your device to factory settings, please be sure to transfer the backup file to your computer or another external storage device using the aforementioned methods before you perform the factory reset. After the factory reset is completed, transfer the backup file back to your Supernote and follow the steps below to restore it.
