Shipping time Delivery time

Supernote uses the most reliable and efficient carriers in the business to ship orders to our customers around the world. It's our goal to provide a hassle-free shipping experience.

Shipping time

We work hard to process new orders as soon as they come through. Given our current situation, we aim to ship them out within 3 business days. 

In the event that any shipping delay occurs, we will promptly notify you. 

Delivery time

Delivery time refers to the transit time it takes our shipping carriers to deliver your order to your door or designated place. 

Our current standard delivery time ranges from 5 to 10 working days depending on the delivery location.
