The ability to add, insert, copy and delete note pages plays a vital role in creating a smooth and inspiration-filled note-taking experience. It helps boost your productivity and streamline your workflow.

Add a note page

  • Using the page number bar
  1. Open a notebook.
  2. Tap the Next Page arrow icon to add a new page. 
  • Using the page turning gestures
  1. Open a notebook.
  2. Make sure the page turning gesture is enabled if it's disabled .
  3. Swipe right with one finger or two fingers to add a new page.

Note: When using the above methods to add a new page, please make sure you are already on the last page. 


Insert a note page

  1. Open a notebook. 
  2. Navigate to the page where you want to create a new page from.
  3. Tap the three-dot More menu. 
  4. Tap Insert Before or Insert After to insert a new page before or after the page. 
  5. Tap OK.

Copy a note page

  • If it's the current page,
  1. Open a notebook. 
  2. Navigate to the page you want to copy.
  3. Tap the three-dot More menu on the toolbar. 
  4. Tap Copy Current Page. 
  5. Navigate to the target page within the same notebook you want to copy the current page to.
  6. Tap the three-dot More menu on the toolbar.
  7. Tap Paste Page. 
  • If it's another page other than the current page,
  1. Open a notebook.
  2. Tap the three-dotted More menu on the toolbar (when it's docked at the top/bottom of the screen).
  3. Tap Overview.
  4. Long press the page you want to copy.
  5. Tap the Copy button that shows up on the top function bar.
  6. Tap the target page you want to copy the currently selected page to.
  7. Tap Before page or After page to copy it before or after the target page.
  8. Tap OK.

Delete a note page

  • If it's the current page,
  1. Open a notebook.
  2. Navigate to the page you want to delete.
  3. Tap the three-dot More menu on the toolbar.
  4. Tap Delete Current Page to quickly delete it.
  • If it's another page other than the current page,
  1. Open a notebook.
  2. Tap the three-dot More menu on the toolbar (when it's docked at the top/bottom of the screen).
  3. Tap Overview.
  4. Long press the page you want to delete. To delete multiple pages at once, simply tap them one by one or tap Select All in the top right corner. 
  5. Tap the Delete button on the top function bar.
