How to Move Files and Note Pages
Discover the best ways to move files and organize note pages for efficient workflow.

You can move notebooks, ebooks, EPUB/PDF documents to folders and keep files on your Supernote organized. You can also move pages within the same notebook and between notebooks.
Move a file
- To an existing folder
- Tap Files in the sidebar menu.
- Open a folder.
- Long press the file you want to move.
- Tap Move on the top function bar.
- Select an existing subfolder in the same folder.
- Or select another folder by tapping Supernote in the directory path shown in the top left corner.
- Tap OK.
- To a new folder
- Tap Files in the sidebar menu.
- Open a folder.
- Long press the file you want to move.
- Tap Move on the top function bar.
- Tap the New Folder icon in the top right corner.
- Tap OK.
Note: You can move multiple files at once by checking the boxes to the left of the files you want to move.
Move a page
- Within the same notebook
- Open a notebook.
- Tap the three-dot More menu on the toolbar (when it's docked at the top/bottom of the screen).
- Tap Pages.
- Long press the page you want to move.
- Tap the Move button on the top function bar.
- Select a target page. (If you select the target page as the same page you want to move, there won't be any changes.)
- In the top left corner, select Before page or After page to move the selected page before or after the target page.
Note: You can move multiple pages at once by checking the boxes in the top left corner of the page thumbnails in Overview.
- Between notebooks
- Open a notebook.
- Navigate to the page you want to move.
- Tap the three-dot More menu on the toolbar.
- Tap Copy Current Page if you want to keep the page intact in the notebook, or Cut Current Page if you want to remove the page from the notebook.
- Open another notebook.
- Tap the three-dot More menu on the toolbar.
- Tap Paste Page to have the copied page pasted to the page after the current page you are on.
Note: To insert multiple copies of the same copied page, repeat Paste Page.
